Towards economically and environmentally viable agriculture
Biometa Finland Oy develops new technology and solution for the processing and utilization of agricultural farms’ sidestreams. As a result of this development, Biometa has developed its innovation – the bioproduct plant. The concept has been tested and developed in the laboratory, in the company’s test facilities and on a working dairy farm.
Long-term development work culminates in an industrial-scale plant
The next stage of the development work is the construction and testing of the first industrial-scale plant and, consequently, the verification of the functionality of the entire concept. For the planning of this project at this stage of development, Biometa has received recognition from the EU Commission, with the Seal of Excellence label of the EIC Accelerator.
